I specialize in therapeutic, orthopedic and athletic massage therapy. My goals are to support functional movement and reduce pain through soft tissue work. 

Therapeutic Massage

A combination of relaxation techniques and deep tissue work, therapeutic massage will reduce muscular tension, improve circulation & lymph drainage while calming the nervous system. This method is also used to prepare the body for other massage treatments.

Myofascial Release

Using tools like The FasciaBlaster®  and Foam Rollers, along with other fascia release techniques to loosen bound fascia tissue, this method can instantly reduce pain and restore proper musculoskeletal function.

Orthopedic Massage

Combining deep tissue techniques with fascia release, stretching & orthopedic exercises, this method restores the body's structural balance. This reduces musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, decompresses joints and improves flexibility.

Athletic Massage

Focusing on areas of the body that are specific to your sport or activity I will work to improve flexibility, enhance performance, reduce recovery time and prevent injury. I will also teach you self maintenance techniques using a GRID foam roller so you can better care for yourself in between athletic activities and massage appointments. Please wear athletic attire for these sessions.

Pre/Post-Natal Massage

Carrying a baby inside you changes your center of gravity and puts a lot of stress on your back, neck, abdomen and shoulders. Pregnancy also relaxes your ligaments so that your joints are less stable which changes your posture. All of this can lead to muscle soreness and joint pain. Prenatal massage addresses all of these issues to reduce pain & swelling, stabilize joints and help you relax.
